Our Signature beer – the Original – is golden in color, full-bodied and with a fine hop aroma. Brewed with four Hallertauer hop varieties and only the finest Bavarian malts make it a superbly well-balanced Lager. A traditional Munich beer with character!

Tasting notes: fine spicy bouquet, slightly malty, full-bodied, mature with a fine hoppy aroma

Refreshing wheat beer, characterized by its special yeast with rich foam and fruit forward flavor.

Our Hefe Weizen is a real Bavarian specialty! A refreshing very quaffable wheat beer with aromas of banana, delicate citrus and spice notes that follow through on a crisp entry to a dryish medium body with a good depth and a tangy wheatgrass, grain, and citrus rind accented finish. A world-famous, very well-rounded Bavarian style wheat beer.

The archetypical Bavarian beer and first beer ever brewed at the Hofbräuhaus. Dark copper in color and brewed with 3 selected malt types it provides a full-flavored palate of spices, dried fruits, toasted caramel, and dark cocoa. The earthy hop notes bring in the extra fresh kick, rounded by a malty sweet finish.

Our dark Hefe Weizen with a creamy foam and fine malty bouquet has a subtle hop flavor and because of the addition of roasted malts a more full-bodied, malty character with hints of coffee and cocoa. Gently refreshing with a velvety-soft finish. A must try specialty in the Hefe Weizen Segment!
