This beer will also have a soft alcohol warmth and medium carbonation.\n\nDoppelbocks (“Doppel” meaning “double”) are a traditional German Bock lager originally brewed by monks during Lent and times of fasting. Monks were not permitted to eat solid foods during the daytime\, so they created a big\, sweet beer to carry them through their days until evening.\nAll ages are welcome!
